Bought these expensive filters using advise from Lowe’s that they were what our refrigerator used. Turns out they were wrong so I’ve been trying to return them. LG promised an email to get a confirmation number to facilitate this return, 3 days ago. So much for 24 hours which was what the customer service representative stated. Guess they just screwed me outta $180.00.
