- Unscrew and remove the front frame housing and the horizontal louvers.
- Locate the motor-to-wheel connection and loosen the set screw on the side of the blower wheel hub.
- Carefully lower the evaporator coil assembly or remove the drainage pan to create enough clearance to slide the old wheel off the motor shaft.
- Slide the new COV33310702 blower wheel onto the shaft, ensuring it is centered in the housing and doesn't rub against the side walls.
- Tighten the set screw securely, reassemble the housing, and restore power to test.
